Scorp Inc. is looking for a Junior Marketing Agent to join our team and help grow Salsa app our fast-growing global entertainment platform!

Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and recruit new streamers to join our Salsa app.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of streamer leads through direct outreach referrals and digital networking.
- Keep weekly candidate checklists up to date and ensure all leads are tracked and followed up on consistently.
- Craft compelling personalized communication to engage creators and convince them to join the platform.
- Support onboarded streamers by resolving questions or concerns with a proactive positive approach.
- Keep streamers informed about platform updates special campaigns and promotional opportunities to keep them active and motivated.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Marketing Sales or Communications.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive solution-oriented mindset.
