Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and summarize platform program updates to management team on a regular basis.
- Coordinate program common procedure sharing and optimization discussions with platform PMs and related functions.
- Provide support to R&D lead on administration staffs such as program information summary meeting schedule visit receptions business trip booking etc.
- Support program managers to follow up program execution actions and summarize updates.
- Support program managers on material preparation tracking and program related documents release.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering is preferred.
- Min 3 years solid project management experience.
- With working experience in optical industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
