The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pricing jobs leveling proposals and setting up detailed job schedules. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure accuracy efficiency and smooth coordination across all project stages.
Responsibilities Include:
Review and price job bids with accuracy and attention to detail
Level proposals and prepare job schedules for execution
Oversee construction projects from start to finish ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders
Manage day-to-day site issues and resolve challenges as they arise
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
Strong background in pricing jobs and proposal management
Ability to set up and manage schedules effectively
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
