Bambini Montessori Academy is a high-quality inclusive child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum in a supportive team-oriented environment.
We are rapidly expanding and are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers (all age groups) who are truly passionate about teaching nurturing and guiding young children to reach their fullest potential.

Requirements for Lead Teacher:
High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
45 hours Child Growth & Development
45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 25)
45 hours InfantToddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks24 months)
At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of child development (social emotional and intellectual)
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with children
Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available
Schedule Options:
Full-time: 8-hour shifts
Part-time: 3 hours/day
Hours of Operation: MondayFriday 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
Location: On-site (telework not available)
