Job Description

Role Summary: The QA Lead Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) will be
responsible for creating the test strategy and plans execute tests and report on the results
for the clients transition to a new IBP system. This role will partner with Global and Regional
Planning Technology Finance and others across the organization to support a successful
migration to our new IBP system and related new ways of working to achieve the most value
from our new system.

Key Responsibilities:
Test a program that encompasses multiple workstreams from planning supply chain
technology data finance and more.
Establish and lead global QA/Testing efforts for our IBP migration.
8 years successful Test lead experience.
Direct experience with Retail technology program management and implementing new
retail software in the areas of planning merchandising ERP or supply chain
management.
Experience testing global multi-year multi-workstream programs that include system
data and analytics & process implementations alongside organizational transition
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project
DevOps)
Understanding of Waterfall Agile and methodologies and best practices.
