Job Description
- Responsible for managing all functions of SMT.
- Developing process setup including machine preventive maintenance plans calibration plans and overhaul plans.
- Managing new machine process development.
- Leading the team to reduce machine downtime and improve yield.
- Handling SMT defect management and implementing PM action plans.
- Providing control standards according to machine parameters.
- Setting standard profiles for machines and SMT production control lines.
- Analyzing production processes and recording data on lost jobs generating reports.
- Consulting on production for all models and replacement work for production control engineers.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement including Lean Six Sigma enhancing product yield reducing downtime reducing costs improving labour efficiency etc.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Experience in managing machine systems and human resources.
- Strong experience with machines in the SMT production line.
