Job Title: UX Designer
As a UX Designer you will be working on exciting projects to create exceptional user experiences. You will learn from experienced designers contribute to the design process and gain hands-on experience in user research wireframing prototyping and visual design.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create user personas basic mockups and scenarios to guide the design process
- Design intuitive and efficient information architecture for websites and applications.
- Organize content and create user flows that are easy to understand and navigate.
- Ensure that information is presented in a clear and logical manner.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure that visual designs are consistent with the overall brand identity.
- Create style guides and design systems to maintain consistency across products.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers engineers and other designers to deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in digital design graphic design or a related field.
Must-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to inform design decisions.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch InVision).
- Experience with interactive prototyping and user testing.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography color theory and layout.
- Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
