Who are we looking for
Were looking for aTransmedia Designerwho will helpGHD shape stories across screens formats and channels. Youll combine motion design audio and visual storytelling with a strong grasp of narrative to produce compelling creative work across digital social editorial and experiential platforms.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Design and produce multimedia content (video audio motion graphics and animations) for global campaigns social platforms webinars live events and websites
- Support the development and production of branded podcasts including editing formatting and designing visual/audio assets for publishing
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. generative video image voice or design platforms) to enhance storytelling speed production and scale creative assets
- Collaborate closely with content digital and creative teams to bring stories to life across channels and formats
- Translate complex topics (e.g. climate resilience water security future energy) into accessible visually engaging content
- Create modular campaign assets that can be adapted by regions across markets
- Contribute to the visual evolution of GHDs brand bringing creativity and consistency to every brief
- Participate in creative reviews and cross-functional brainstorms across pods and CoEs
- Lead small project teams when required and manage stakeholders to meet timelines and deliverables
- Stay up to date with creative trends and emerging best practices.
What you will bring to the team:
- 5 years of experience in multimedia or transmedia design with a balance of agency and in-house exposure preferred
- A portfolio or reel that demonstrates your motion and visual storytelling capabilities (audio experience also valued)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Audition). Experience with DaVinci Resolve a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva templated asset production and modular design systems
- Experience using AI tools in a creative workflow (e.g. Runway Adobe Firefly Descript ElevenLabs Synthesia Midjourney or similar)
- Experience developing content across channels: social media video editorial events and campaign platformswith flexibility to adapt the visual approach based on the theme and format
- Strong grasp of design systems and creative workflows in a distributed collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence to present creative concepts to non-design stakeholders
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail aesthetic sensibility and a commitment to quality
- Experience applying design thinking to concept development and creative problem-solving
- Ability to lead with influence and manage stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Familiarity with or interest in topics like climate sustainability infrastructure and science communication is a plus
Work schedule:Monday to Friday / Shifting schedule / Hybrid
