We are seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman and Diesel Mechanic to maintain repair and service a fleet of commercial trucks ensuring the safety and reliability of vehicles and delivering outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose repair and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty truck systems including electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Repair and replace parts such as engines brakes steering mechanisms including COF repairs and accident repairs
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver timely and efficient service
Skills sought
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic preferably within a dealership or similar environment and experience working on late model trucks
- Certification as a Diesel Mechanic or equivalent technical training
- Sound technical skills strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and mechanical and fault-finding ability
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technology
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance as well as truck systems (brakes hydraulics electrical etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-demand service-driven environment
