Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Operation KPIs (efficiency quality) of engine operation of (
- Enhance technical capability and service of engine emission testing to responsible engineer.
- Tackle significant EHS issues without delay ensure potential hazards are identified and
- Follow TC operation requirement work on three shifts morning shift/middle shift/night
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Arrange and coordinate technician management according to test operation requirement Cooperate with engineers and supervisor to implement safe and efficient test operation work.
- Timely and effectively identify and resolve safety and test issues and report issues in time.
- Test bench/vehicle/OBD sample Aging/equipment/facility daily check and troubleshooting during test process Guarantee test bench operation correctly and equipment run normally//OBD/
- Engine/vehicle/equipment maintenance and test bench/vehicle installation and status inspection////
- Catalyst installation and packaging and shipping and storage
- Cooperate with equipment engineer to perform maintenance and trouble shooting and solving
- Independently complete bench lab gas replacement and fuel receiving and warehouse management stuff receiving and record
- Active found problems during working process keep improve quality issue
- Honest and credible hard working
Qualifications
- Internal combustion engine or vehicle or mechanical relevant engineering mayor
- At least 2 Years experience in engine emission or engine test lab or vehicle operation skill2
- Familiar with basic computer skills Office
- Good communication and understanding skill and implement skill Follow test labs operation requirement work on three shifts morning shift/middle shift/night shift shift work is needed.
- Independently complete bench/vehicle operation catalyst packaging installation test operation
- Engine/vehicle trouble shooting and solving
- Good EHS safety awareness and active communication and improvement planEHS
- Have a good work ethic and positive work attitude strong learning ability. Good teamwork.
