JOB TITLE: Order Fulfillment Officer

ADVERTISEMENT
- Were seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Officer to join our e-commerce team. The successful candidate will manage the entire order fulfilment process ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels ensure optimal inventory and prevent stock outs.
- Packaging and Shipping: Prepare packing lists shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch.
- Quality Control: Verify product quality before shipping.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer issues facilitate returns/exchanges.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a safe clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of e-commerce and retail experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
