The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Reservation Assistant to join our team in Furano. This role plays a key part in supporting our Sales & Reservation Department by promoting the companys products and services maintaining relationships with local accommodation providers and ensuring seamless communication with partners.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our goal of driving business growth in Furano.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in promoting Rhythm Products and Services
• Assist with inquiries from clients partners and agents
• Support administrative and accounting tasks for bookings and invoices
• On-ground support and coordinate with the shop team with group bookings
• Support in extending partnership network and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners
• Actively engage with local business partners through visits and interactions.
• Data Collection and Reporting
• Support the team to identify opportunities for business growth in the Furano area.
• Responsible for distributing Promotional Materials
• Provide assistance with Japanese translation tasks

What youll need to succeed

• Previous experience in Sales or Reservations or Customer Services;
• Familiarity with the Furano demographic and local networks is a bonus.
• Computer proficiency including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Flexibility with work schedules and openness to travel.
• Fluent Japanese; conversational level of English.
