Designation: Sales Promotion Executive

Role Objective :
The role is responsible for driving growth and execution excellence across key high-performing retail outlets in the region with a strong focus on visibility new product development (NPD) and strategic pack execution. The incumbent will take ownership of the top-performing "Super 30" and EOFS outlets ensuring consistent sales performance and identifying areas for improvement. This position acts as a crucial link between the market and regional/head office teams coordinating visibility initiatives tracking competition and providing actionable insights to influence business strategies. The role also involves market working trade engagement and capability building of field teams through regular training performance tracking and feedback. By leveraging data analysis and ground-level insights the role aims to maximize outlet productivity drive NPD offtakes and ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Deliverables :
Own Super 30 Outlets which are the Top 2000 Pareto outlets in the Region by tracking & supervising the performance of these outlets at Brand Level Seek feedback & provide solutions to the team in improving the performance of these outlets and delivering growths from these set of outlets.
Anchoring the growth of EOFS Outlets in the Region by reviewing their performance on various parameters & provide critical information to regional team on the overall performance & improvement areas of EOFS outlets.
Driving Paid & Unpaid visibilities in the Region This role demands timely coordination with HO Depot teams Sales coordinators CPM teams & the ASEs to ensure all the collaterals are timely received at the respective locations required to drive visibility in the market.
Driving NPDs and key strategic packs is a critical task. The SPE is expected to own the entire agenda for NPDs and strategic brands/packs from planning to execution. This involves guiding and reviewing the ASE and MR teams to meet launch targets.

Market Working :
The role demands regular connect with the trade MR & ASE teams to understand the on ground issues and provide solutions to the team. Minimum 8-10 days of market working is the expectation as per the defined PJP.
Take clear competition feedback from the market in terms of various Promotions (both CP & TP) any BTL activations or any other activities & provided necessary information to the RO team.
Provide necessary on job training to the MRs & ASEs which will help in capability building of the on ground team.
KPIs : Competition Tracking On Job Training.
Reporting :
Scheme Tracking – Regular monitoring of internal schemes in comparison to LY & Past months trend to understand any impact that may arise during the month at any Brand level.
Competition Tracking – Regular tracking of all the key competition trade schemes and other inputs and provide regular information to RO & HO Teams.
Off Take Tracking – Tracking the offtakes of various NPDs & suggest the solutions for the same if the offtakes are low.
Coordination with Regional Commercial & EOFS teams for timely disbursement of all the visibility payouts.
Extracting key insights from the sales data at Area / Brand level and providing feedback to the RO team.

Required
Experience:
4 – 5 Years of Experience in Sales with minimum 2 – 3 years of experience handling Trade Marketing.
Graduation from any discipline.
Skills:
Good hands over MS Excel PPT for routine work.
Should be able to analyze the data and provide constructive feedback to the RO teams.
