Job Description
KITE Search is currently working with a leading Hong Kong conglomerate with a respected name in the industry and mixed real estate assets all over the city. We are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential mixed use property managing leasing tenants and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day property management of a residential mixed development
- Liaise with tenants on tenancy management matters
- Oversee leasing operations
- Monitor the performance of contractors & technicians
- Handle enquiries and complaints
- Work with head office and ensure smooth stakeholder communication
- Degree in property management facilities management or a related discipline
- At least 10 years relevant experience in property management
- Mature self-motivated and responsible
- Good communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command and fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint
- Immediately available is highly preferred
