KITE Search are exclusively partnering with a famous international owner developer and operator known for their impressive portfolio of Real Estate assets across the globe. They have an international culture a successful project team and very low staff turnover. Due to recent success globally and new land acquired in Hong Kong the group is looking to expand their project team.
About this role
Currently we are looking for a Project Manager - Building Services ideally from a consultancy background who has a full complement of skills from design to project management with experience across a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Overall planning and project management of the assigned projects
- Monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion of works in compliance with the specified standard and statutory requirements within the budgeted cost
- Evaluating the project feasibility and preparing design brief and master programme
- Coordinating with all in-house departments including Marketing Quantity Surveying and Site Monitoring Team for all required project works
- Coordinating with local consultants contractors and Government authorities
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above inBuildingServices/Electrical / Mechanical Engineeringor related disciplines
- At least 10 years solid experience in project management on notable HK projects
- Work history in major consultancies in E&M aspects is a must
- Conversant with planning design construction project management and building regulations in HK
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
