The Compliance Team is responsible for helping CloudWalk teams enable disruptive products and services and also provide the best user experience that meets regulatory issues.
We are looking for a hands-on professional passionate about new technologies and disruptive products to join our Regulatory team.
This professional will work on a day-to-day basis with the development teams for new products and services.
What Youll Be Doing:
Assess the Institutions potential risks and controls and update the risk matrix;
Assessing risks related to new products and new technologies;
Loss base management;
Evaluate operational incidents and root causes;
Conduct test of internals controls related to effectiveness and suitability;
Follow the action plans with the areas and assist in the implementation of internal controls;
Proactively act together with teams and schemes in order to identify opportunities for improvement in programs and continuous evolution related to operational risk prevention.
What You Need To Succeed:
Complete higher education in any related areas;
Experience in the financial market and/or fintechs;
Advanced English;
Great knowledge in Technology.
Expertise related to SCFI institutions will be considered an asset.
