What you will do

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on intern developer to join our Value Engineering team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in software development and AI application design working alongside experienced professionals on impactful business-driven projects.

As an intern you will contribute to the design development and testing of scalable software components and AI-powered tools that support innovative business processes. Youll gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle from idea to implementation and develop skills in AI MLOps and user-centric application design.

• Develop code and deliver complex tasks in the project within a specified time frame.

• Develop and implement AI-powered applications and prototypes quickly and efficiently.

• Integrate AI models and APIs into functional applications focusing on user experience and practical utility.

• Participate in the testing debugging and deployment of AI applications.

• Contribute to the development of data pipelines for AI model training and inference.

• Learn and apply best practices in software development MLOps and AI engineering.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field.

• Strong experience indatabase developmentusingSQL PL/SQL.

• Excellent software development skills inJavaScriptor any other programming language.

• Experience inNodeJSframework is preferred.

• Familiarity with fundamental AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikit-learn).

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and learn quickly.

• Some exposure to version control (e.g. Git) or cloud platforms is a plus but not required.

As part of Value Experience Engineering & Strategy Acceleration team theSAP Value Lifecycle manager (VLM)is a One Value online platform to perform digital maturity assessments process benchmarking value analysis and developing business cases. SAP VLMhas a strong user base ofaround 40000and is the largest benchmarking database in the world. SAP VLM is used primarily by IVEs across the globe to run large deal engagements which caters to40industry/sub industries. As a part of the product development team you will work with a strong group of technical members having ownership of solution designs implementations testing and delivery with high quality.
