Lead people( Hybrid globally) technical design and architecture decisions and act as Scrum Master to ensure delivery excellence
Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across client-side and server-side components
Define develop and plan software strategies that align with product goals and customer needs
Apply a product mindset to build high-quality solutions that customers love with a strong focus on solution design
Build and evolve complex software systems using technologies Angular Kafka Azure powerapps automate and more
Collaborate and connect with Product Managers Architects and Quality Managers to deliver innovative solutions
Initiate and implement improvements in CI/CD observability and automation frameworks
Youre someone who leads by example and with purpose mentoring engineers championing best practices and helping shape a culture of technical excellence. You love collaborating with stakeholders to plan for whats next and you think strategically about performance scalability and security in everything you build.
Deep expertise in system design and youre excited to share that knowledge across the team.
Confident in setting technical and behaviour standards and working with teams to ensure consistency you believe in agile ways of working always looking for ways to improve how we deliver.
Youve guided globally distributed teams through tough technical problems not just solving them but bringing people together to do it. You know how to lead with clarity foster collaboration and keep delivery on track while supporting your teams growth.
You think beyond the code always asking how what youre building will serve the customer. Youve designed scalable systems that dont just work well but feel intuitive and impactful to the people using them. You bring a product lens to every decision balancing technical excellence with real-world value.
