With over 45 years of experience AA Asphalting LLC has become the Northwests leading asphalt & concrete restoration provider. Our customers include public utilities general contractors government agencies private businesses etc. and have come to expect quality workmanship at competitive prices.
We are looking for a No Park Coordinator in our S. Seattle location to plan coordinate and perform the set up of no park areas at jobsites for asphalt and/or concrete patching crews.
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluates jobsites for potential problems restrictions or construction barriers and informs Superintendent of problems restrictions and barriers in a timely manner.
- Completes all related electronic paperwork and uploads pictures via Field Services/Dynamics and Workforce Go (HCMtoGo) correctly and on time.
- Contacts and communicates (verbally if possible) as needed with homeowners businesses etc. to inform of no park areas. Completes door knocker paperwork accurately and places as needed.
- Sets up no park signs at jobsites leaving room for AA Asphalting work vehicles trailers etc. when necessary. Posts verified no park paperwork (i.e. for Seattle Renton etc.) when required.
- Collects no park signs at job sites when jobs have been completed. Maintains inventory on signs and equipment on applicable software.
- Communicates with crew foreman and superintendent to pick up no park signs if needed.
- Performs flagging duties as needed.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations (including flagging truck and equipment operations etc.) and practices preventative safety measures; wears required PPE. Practices good safe driving procedures in all operating conditions following all vehicular safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Aptitude for learning new computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to receive and communicate specific instructions clearly firmly and courteously; ability to move and maneuver quickly in order to avoid danger from an errant vehicle.
- Knowledge of road and traffic regulations.
- Ability to be self-motivated.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work weekends and occasional nights.
- Ability to travel to various worksites.
- Knowledge and ability to use GPS devices.
- Ability to work long hours and in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Must be insurable by the Companys vehicle insurance.
- Must have a valid flaggers card within one year of employment.
