About the Role
As the Senior Brand Manager Portfolio & Innovation youll lead the development and execution of consumer-centric innovation and portfolio strategies across the Americas region. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to bring new products to life manage a select portfolio of regional brands and drive key initiatives that shape the future of our business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation brand building and navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote role with preference for candidates in major metro markets in New York California Florida and Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation projects from ideation through launch collaborating with brand insights supply and commercialization teams
- Identify consumer and category trends to inform pipeline development and product strategy
- Manage the innovation budget and ensure alignment with commercial goals
- Drive portfolio initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement and consumer-centric thinking
- Oversee strategic brand management for select regional brands including planning SKU rationalization and toolkit updates
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to optimize pricing assortment and channel strategy
About You
- You have a bachelors degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- You bring 7 years of experience in marketing and/or innovation ideally in CPG or alcohol beverage industries
- Youve successfully launched innovation projects and managed brand portfolios
- Youre highly collaborative and skilled at influencing across functions and levels
- Youre detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills
- Youre strategic and analytical with the ability to translate insights into action
- You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by solving complex problems
- You understand the broader business landscape and value chain

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $127000 to $160000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
