JOIN THE FLORIDIAN CLUB TEAM!! The Floridian Club North Naples premier beach club is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor /Lead Cook to join our team. Were seeking someone with experience on all line stations who thrives under pressure brings a cando attitude and works well with others. A positive disposition and strong teamwork skills are a must. We offer a great work environment with a fun closeknit familystyle atmosphere and a flexible schedule. Best of all the kitchen closes at 7:30pm so no late nights required. Responsibilities - Daily line check making sure stations are prepared for success
- Provide consistent and prompt menu execution
- Participate in weekly menu planning
- Ordering Seafood produce and restaurant supplies
- Organize and stock deliveries
- Ability to cook breakfast lunch and Dinner
- Ability to work all stations on the line
- Manage and Train kitchen staff
- Help complete accurate inventory counts
- Maintain food cost %
- Maintain and comply with all Food safety requirements
- Keep a clean organized kitchen
- Communicate directly with Chef and FOH managers
Requirement and Traits - 4 years of cooking experience
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to effectively communicate in a multicultural kitchen
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must be comfortable working on the line in a fast-paced environment
