Weyland Ventures is searching for a full-time Leasing Agent to help fill vacancies in an exciting new development in downtown Louisville KY!
This role is responsible for showing available commercial and residential spaces to potential tenants preparing lease documents and generating leads to help achieve maximum occupancy.
The schedule for this role will vary based on scheduled property tours.
A successful applicant will be outgoing have the selling gene and an eye for detail!
