Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
Grossman Chevrolet Old Saybrook CTCompensation: On-Target Earnings $90000 $125000
Grossman Chevrolet is expanding! They are bringing their Business Development Center in-house and seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead this exciting initiative. This role offers the unique chance to take over from an outside agency and build a best-in-class BDC operation from the ground up.
As BDC Manager youll play a central role in driving sales and service growth building a talented team and creating efficient processes that deliver an exceptional customer experience. Youll also work closely with our hands-on Dealer Principal and outstanding management team providing you with mentorship visibility and long-term growth opportunities.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the transition of BDC operations from an outside vendor to an in-house team.
- Recruit train and coach BDC representatives.
- Develop processes to maximize appointment-setting follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with sales and service leadership to align BDC efforts with dealership goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve outcomes.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record managing a BDC team (automotive preferred).
- Strong leadership training and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track report and act on KPIs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter excited by building something new within an established dealership.
