Grossman Chevrolet is expanding! They are bringing their Business Development Center in-house and seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead this exciting initiative. This role offers the unique chance to take over from an outside agency and build a best-in-class BDC operation from the ground up.

As BDC Manager youll play a central role in driving sales and service growth building a talented team and creating efficient processes that deliver an exceptional customer experience. Youll also work closely with our hands-on Dealer Principal and outstanding management team providing you with mentorship visibility and long-term growth opportunities.

What Youll Do:

Lead the transition of BDC operations from an outside vendor to an in-house team.
Recruit train and coach BDC representatives.
Develop processes to maximize appointment-setting follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Partner with sales and service leadership to align BDC efforts with dealership goals.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

Proven track record managing a BDC team (automotive preferred).
Strong leadership training and coaching skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track report and act on KPIs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter excited by building something new within an established dealership.
