Job Description

Our client is a leading player in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. As part of
its expansionary plan it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as

Performance and Operations Support Manager (Ref: KHXXX)
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and service
delivery performance of the companys fiber network. As part of the leadership team
he/she shall lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end management of
fiber network operations and delivery ensuring agreed SLAs and commitments are met.
The Job
Assist in the preparation and subsequent monitoring of annual budget (CAPEX &
OPEX)of Operations Implementation & Maintenance (OIM) Department
Tender management contract management and administration of OIM including
contractors and partners of the company
Ensure the enforcement of obligations on contracted parties
Oversee the operational process development and management of OIM including
establishing new processes installation standards standard operating procedures
Business continuity planning
Monitor network performance
Track and manage new development diversion network rollout projects
Lead and manage a team
Any other duties assigned by supervisor

The Candidate
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering or any related
field from an accredited institution.
10-15 years of experience in network-related management activities.
Able to work under stress
Must be highly proficient in MS Excel and familiar with analytical tools Tableau
and/or Qlikview.
Must be familiar with best practices in corporate governance contract
management and general tender process.
Must have experience writing approval papers.
Good communication skills with the ability to articulate the problems and solutions
concisely.
Relate well to others have good interpersonal skills and ability to work both in
teams and independently.
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness.

Prior work experiences in telecommunication industry will be advantageous.
Experience in communications service provider vendor and managed service
provider backgrounds will be a bonus.
