Job Summary
GoSaaS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer. We are seeking a talented and motivated early-career engineer to join our dynamic team. You will support the development of APIs microservices and integrations under the guidance of senior engineers. Your work will directly contribute to building robust data pipelines and will give you hands-on experience in connecting our core systems with cutting-edge AI/ML models. This role is a perfect stepping stone for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of backend engineering and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to the implementation of data pipelines and system integrations.
- Learn from senior engineers and collaborate with data science teams to help integrate AI/ML models using Cloud AI platforms.
- Write clean well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data flow and system performance.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and technical improvement.
Must Have Skills
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development including internships or academic projects.
- Eager to learn about artificial intelligence and have a strong interest in how AI models APIs and Cloud AI platforms can be used in real-world applications.
- Solid foundational knowledge of a modern programming language like Python or Java.
- Understanding of the basics of RESTful APIs and software architecture.
- Some experience with databases (relational or NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
