Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Clinical Scientist Diagnostics & Treatment to expand our Innovation & Clinical Strategy department. Our department drives the Innovation towards new products and solutions to transform breast cancer care with an extensive network of academic partners worldwide.


As a Clinical Scientist Diagnostics & Treatment you will be working closely with different stakeholders in the company (Regulatory Marketing Research and Development Product Management). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and lead clinical studies evaluating ScreenPoint Medical AI technologies targeting diagnostics & treatment (D&T) breast cancer pathways.
  • Develop and author clinical documentation (Study Protocols) and processes (Clinical Evaluation Post-Market Surveillance Post Market Clinical Follow-up) to support regulatory submissions for our breast cancer D&T AI technologies.
  • Analyze clinical data and imaging results to support product performance claims and risk-benefit profiles.
  • Support clinical marketing activities with expert knowledge of our breast cancer D&T AI technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the breast cancer D&T clinical state-of-the-art by analyzing emerging literature and by attending scientific conferences to identify new clinical trends and opportunities for new product developments.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in breast MRI imaging and oncology.


Job requirements
You are self-motivated with a high level of energy enthusiasm and initiative. Moreover you are able to quickly gain a deep understanding of our medical products and their environment. Therefore it is important that you are well organized efficient and able to work independently. Furthermore you have:

  • PhD Degree in Medical Sciences Technical Medicine Biomedical Engineering Physics or similar.
  • Experience doing breast oncology clinical research. Experience with Breast MRI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations related to Clinical Evaluation and Post-Market Surveillance in Europe (e.g. MEDDEV 2.7/1 MDR MDCG 2020-1) and FDA product validation.
  • Experience with clinical trials (e.g. pharmaceutical trials) and statistical analyses.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Ability to occasionally travel internationally to scientific conferences.
