Provide outstanding on-site technical support and services for our customers
Successfully implement and maintain HPLC and LCMS systems and solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and address customer needs

Job Content
You will be involved in most of the services provided to customers after the installation of the equipment striving to improve customer satisfaction and update equipment and also play a role in promoting the increase in service sales.
- Installation and operation explanation of equipment
- Failure diagnosis and repair
- Inspection work and validation tasks
- Proposals for maintenance contracts/paid repairs/upgrades according to customer needs

- Those who majored in chemistry/electricity/mechanics etc.
- Those who have experience as a service engineer for some kind of product
- Those who have experience using some kind of analytical equipment as a user
- Those who can share and solve customers problems and feel joy in doing so
- Those who can communicate smoothly with internal customers and cooperating companies
- Those who can read English manuals and receive training in English
- Adaptability to handle various products
- Those who can explain logically and clearly to customers
Flow after joining the company
First start with a general orientation and then learn the job through accompanying senior employees (OJT) for a few months according to your skills and experience. Senior employees and colleagues around you will support you with any questions. There are also plenty of learning opportunities such as external courses and overseas training.
How to proceed with work
Share technical knowledge and hone your skills. Help each other immediately when someone is in trouble. Thermo Fishers Field Service Engineers emphasize teamwork. Staff with roles such as technical support/field managers are in place to support engineers as a team allowing Field Service Engineers to focus on the customers in front of them.
