Do you have a passion in building a career in procurement We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our global team dedicated to this function.
As a Buyer you will be the primary category point of contact for supplier interactions performance management and negotiations for the site.
In this role you will work with partners to build comprehensive view of supplier performance for continued sourcing success.
You will participate and/or lead in the development and implementation of category strategies and projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives supply base optimization and pricing/contract negotiation.

Responsibilities:
Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships
Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
Support capital budgeting and cash flow management and the execution of Global Procurement strategies
Handle cost saving initiatives and metric
Implement cost savings and process improvement programs
Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
Support site audits
Work together with Global Construction Procurement Team and build the partnership with Suppliers.
Global Construction Procurement
Requirement:
Communication skill in Japanese both written and verbal.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of relevant experience(Procurement Construction or Semiconductor Industry)
Possesses good communication and negotiation Skill
Is a good collaborator possesses growth mindset and critical thinking
