Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Procure to Pay
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager Procure to Pay (P2P) to oversee and manage end-to-end P2P operations for a strategic client in the US Semiconductor industry through a shared services delivery model. The role requires managing a team of approximately 10 professionals ensuring delivery of high-quality services across purchase requisitioning purchase order management invoice processing vendor master management payments and employee expense reporting. The role will be client-facing accountable for SLA/KPI adherence process improvements team performance and will play a pivotal role in supporting Oracle ERP transformation activities including UAT and SIT from Day 1.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10 P2P professionals responsible for executing daily operational tasks including Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order (PO) Management Invoice Processing and 3-way matching Vendor Master Data Management Payment Processing Employee Expense Reporting and Helpdesk.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of all P2P transactions in line with agreed SLAs.
Oversee issue resolution exceptions and escalation management related to vendor payments and invoices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all P2P-related matters.
Lead client calls governance meetings and ensure proactive communication on operational performance risk areas and process changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders including procurement accounts payable and finance teams.
Drive team accountability and performance management in alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance timeliness and accuracy.
Prepare and present periodic performance reports and dashboards to internal and client leadership.
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate P2P processes reduce cycle times and improve controls.
Ensure P2P processes are well-documented standardized and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.
Collaborate with procurement finance and IT teams to enhance system and process efficiency.
Actively participate in the clients Oracle ERP transformation project from Day 1.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) for P2P processes.
Support change management training and knowledge transfer to ensure a successful transition to the new system.
Recommend improvements in purchasing methodologies and procurement process flows and may actively participate in implementation and ongoing administration.
Achieve year-over-year reductions in total costs of goods and services while maintaining or improving supplier quality and service levels.
Leverage and apply strong understanding of contracting and negotiating risk mitigation and supplier relationship management to manage supplier relationships and provide sustainable cost quality availability and technology solutions with adherence to procurement policies.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
Relevant years in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable domain with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience working in a shared services / BPO environment preferably serving US-based clients.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems; experience in ERP transitions is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P cycle and related compliance internal controls and reporting.
Proven track record in client management team leadership and performance improvement.
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Management Procurement or a related field.
Certifications such as CPSM CIPS or CSCP are an advantage.
Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated resourcefulness with critical attention to details.
Experience working with clients in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing sectors.
Working knowledge of tools like Coupa Ariba or other procurement platforms (if applicable).
Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX compliance standards
