Job Description

Our client a leading global insurance firm is looking for various experienced Business Analysts to join their growing team in Asia to assist them on their Change projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze claim process and procedures and implement a Target Operation Model for business
  • Review current business process and develop a Target Operation Model for business
  • Adopt best business processes system and technology solution
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the process / systems are implemented smoothly
  • Manage end-to-end project implementation from requirement collection business analysis implementation and UAT
  • Run projects using Agile/Scrum methodology

Requirements:

  • University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 - 8 years solid experience in insurance industry
  • Experience in life insurance products and related backend processes and systems (e.g. policy admin claims etc)
  • Great team player independent a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English
