Our client a leading global insurance firm is looking for various experienced Business Analysts to join their growing team in Asia to assist them on their Change projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze claim process and procedures and implement a Target Operation Model for business
- Review current business process and develop a Target Operation Model for business
- Adopt best business processes system and technology solution
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the process / systems are implemented smoothly
- Manage end-to-end project implementation from requirement collection business analysis implementation and UAT
- Run projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
Requirements:
- University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
- Minimum 4 - 8 years solid experience in insurance industry
- Experience in life insurance products and related backend processes and systems (e.g. policy admin claims etc)
- Great team player independent a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
- Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English
