Job Description
KITE Search are currently working with arguably one of the most prestigious Hong Kong property developers who have significant assets from Residential and Retail to Commercial and large mixed-use projects. They have significant presence in most of the major cities in Greater China
We are now looking for an experienced to Senior Manager Cost & Control to be based in the Hong Kong head office overseeing projects in Mainland China.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for tender and cost management of sizable property development projects in the mainland including cost estimation and control / tender and contract administration / technical audit etc
Liaise and collaborate with relevant parties in carrying out contract administration and QS works
Communicate with Top Management prior to all major decisions making on all critical issues of projects
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with professional qualification
Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years must be in a senior management capacity in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development preferably in the Mainland
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese fluent Putonghua is a must
