Job Description

Were looking for a new team member to join our HR team responsible for managing the complete HR agenda within our company. If you enjoy diverse responsibilities from recruitment and onboarding to employee training and payroll preparation this role might be a great fit. Youll handle both strategic and operational HR tasks independently while also collaborating closely with our international headquarters and various departments across the company.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes (recruitment onboarding employee training and development offboarding)
  • Maintaining and updating employment documentation and employee records
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with company management and the headquarters in Germany
  • Preparing payroll data in close cooperation with an external payroll provider
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR topics
  • Setting up and managing employee benefits
  • Organizing internal events and activities aimed at strengthening company culture and employee satisfaction

We expect you to have:

  • Proven experience in HR field ideally in a HR generalist role. A background in recruitment is a plus
  • Very good understanding of Czech labour law: a hands-on experience managing standard HR documentation and ability to process various employee life-cycle situations
  • Experience with payroll processing - ability to understand local payroll regulations gather and validate input data (e.g. absences bonuses deductions) for payroll accountants
  • Fluent Czech language (ability to manage Labor law related agenda in Czech language to communciate with local employees leaders or public authorities)
  • Strong English language skills (regular communication with international stakeholders required)
  • Independent detail-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude
