Job Summary
- Work from short to mid/long-term portfolio strategy to support RC China business strategy
- Initiative local innovation project and localization process optimization collaborated with global & Region.

:revisitandoptimizeportfoliostrategyandproductportfoliomanagementaccordingtomarketfeedbackandchannelchangescontinuouslyimprovetheefficiencyoftheoverallproductlineanddrivesustainablegrowth.
:ExploreproductandpackaginginnovationprojectsandcollaboratewithGLOBALAPAC andcross-functiontopromotelocalizedproductinnovationandprocessoptimization.
:Worktogetherwithcross-functionalteamstopromotetheupgradeofproductsellingpointsandthedevelopmentofrelevantproductmarketingcontenttoenhancecompetitiveness.
-functionalcollaborationandexecution:Collaboratecloselywithcross-functionalteamsincludingdemand teamsandsupply teamstodrivetheimplementationofproductstrategiesandmakecontinuousimprovement.
Key qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
At least 10 yrs marketing experience in multinational companyFMCG related industry is a plus
Good communication skill and presentation skill
Good command of English
Data insights capability
Nutrition related companies background is a plus
Portfolio management experience is preferred
NPD / project management is preferred
Scientific based content development is preferred
