The Lean Digital Integration Leader will drive and execute proactive culture of innovation operational excellence and continuous improvement by implementing standard work digital solutions eliminating waste related with repetitive tasks setting up proper targets to achieve and build long term strategy to properly allocate available resources. While collaborating with Systems Certification Product Support Design and Repair this role is also responsible for collecting prioritizing and executing demands to achieve key program milestones.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Introduce digital operational strategies including deliverables analytics necessary to achieve key Program milestones
Execute day-to-day projects monitoring to allocate properly required resources
Implement digital solutions to eliminate time consuming data gathering and provide data analytics
Initiate/execute Digital Try storms and deliver digital trainings to global organization
Collaborate with Systems Certification Repair and Design leaders to propose visualize and execute consistent weekly deliverables monitoring
Collaborate with partners organization (Services Overhaul/Manufacturing shops) to implement digital solution required to achieve key MRO/production milestones
Collaborate with Operation Lean Leader and Project Management Office to build and execute operational excellence consistent across teams and digitize process solutions.
Cooperate with digital teams to leverage various digital solutions increasing GE Aerospace effectiveness
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial) and/or Business.
Proved GE aerospace services processes understanding
Experience in data science and analytics
Experience with GitHub SQL Python PySpark PyCharm and Confluence
Experience in Scrum Kanban
Significant leadership experience

Demonstrated ability to set and manage and executing business priorities
Demonstrated ability to drive key deliverables in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Demonstrated ability to bring individual leaders and employees together to drive for collective targets
Ability to self-manage and organize priorities
