Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Sales this role youll collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-priority roles. Youll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring alignment source ideal candidate profiles and align on search strategies for Sales positions
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing offer negotiation and closing
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a strong top-of-funnel for SDR roles
Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals
Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced setting; prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles especially within Go-to-Market functions is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is highly preferred) and recruitment tools
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan particularly for sales and GTM roles
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels
Strong organizational and project management abilities; highly detail-oriented and adaptable to change
Self-starter who works well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs even in a remote work setup
This is a remote role though occasional in-office presence may be required
Work hours: 6 PM to 3 AM or 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time Monday through Friday
