QMSE Senior Associate

The QMSE Senior Associate will perform independent reviews of mid- to high-risk entity-wide controls in compliance with the clients Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE). This includes but is not limited to areas such as Leadership Ethics Independence Acceptance of Work Learning & Education Assignment of People Support for Engagement Performance Supervision & Review Technological Resources and Quality Controls. Additionally the role involves conducting QMSE Self-Assessment testing across various Lines of Service (Assurance Tax Advisory and IFS).

The QMSE Senior Associate will collaborate with xAC teams in Manila Tampa Kolkata Buenos Aires and Kuala Lumpur to perform Assurance-related QMSE Self-Assessment testing. This role also offers opportunities to engage with different Lines of Service (Tax Advisory and IFS) to assess and enhance internal controls.

Moreover the QMSE Senior Associate will be responsible for guiding and assisting staff managing requirements and deliverables and leading projects focused on process and control improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct QMSE Self-Assessment testing for Assurance in collaboration with xAC teams.
  • Manage QMSE Self-Assessment testing for Tax Advisory and IFS.
  • Perform periodic monitoring and review of selected work requests.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on monitoring results and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare QMSE reports and related documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience preferably in audit.

Certifications:

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic communication skills with the ability to follow and comprehend instructions.
  • Business acumen and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor staff.
  • Technological proficiency and adaptability.
  • Ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
