Job Description
CNC Set-up / Programmer
Location: Eastlake OH
Do you love the challenge of taking a blueprint and bringing it to life on the shop floor Were looking for an experienced CNC Set-up/Programmer who thrives on precision problem-solving and taking ownership of complex machining projects.
In this role youll do more than just run machinesyoull set them up fine-tune programs and help guide others in best practices. Every day brings new challenges as you work on high-quality parts that support industries like aerospace defense and industrial process control. What Youll Do:
Set up and program CNC mills and lathes with confidence
Adjust tooling offsets and programs to achieve precision results
Work hands-on with multiple machines while keeping productivity high
Inspect and measure parts to ensure top-notch quality
Share your knowledge by training and mentoring other machinists
Play a key role in maintaining a safe clean and efficient shop environment
What Were Looking For:
5 years of CNC machining and programming experience
Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
Ability to edit CNC programs and troubleshoot issues
Proven leadership or training experience
A mindset for continuous improvement and teamwork
Reliability and the ability to stay active during your shift (including lifting up to 50 lbs when needed)
