Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Customer Operations Order Management
As a Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Customer Operations & Enablement Customer Operations Support member supports the backlog management and is responsible for delivering competitive customer supply chain experience to the PSG Customer Specialist. This includes but is not limited to:
Responsibilities
Assist PSG Global Customer Operation Specialist in Backlog Order Management and Orders Fulfilment for Distributors and Direct Customers
Review and process change orders to ensure PSG Backlog matches customer Backlog within agreed terms and conditions and internal guidelines
Manage fallout orders and work with Customer Operation Specialist for dispositions
Perform manual and mass updates to orders cancellations split blocks
Work with logistics partners Global Trade warehousing and planning team to support urgent customer requests and escalate expedites as necessary
Ability to Work both regionally and globally
Demand Supply forecast alignment
Reverse Logistic management stock rotation
Support business process improvements and system testing in making sure it is up to expectation
Support hard allocation
Identify and address new ERP Inefficiencies (e.g. Oracle Model N): Supplemental support for gaps vs SAP
RMA Management
EDI Distributor Orders: Validation troubleshooting releasing holds and changes
Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer
Creating credit and debit memos in the event of under / over shipment on sales order
Communicating with customers about various process updates
Analyzing order trend of customers and raising flag if variation experienced
Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders inquiries quickly effectively and professionally
Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.
Qualifications we look for in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Have a degree qualification in business or supply chain or related field.
Relevant years of working experience in Customer orders management
Proficiency in verbal and written business communications in English
Have a positive attitude and be a team player
Have excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn with the team
Flexibility in working hours to support other time zones
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Working with Oracle Fusion is preferred.
Ability to work during US time zones or with partial time overlap
Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
