Overview

Our in-house recruiting team is growing! Were looking for an experiencedTechnology Recruiterto support ourfront and back-office developmenthiring efforts. If youre energized by fast-paced high-impact environments and passionate about connecting top-tier tech talent with exciting opportunities we want to hear from you.

Youll join a collaborative team of technical recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to source engage and hire exceptional software development talent. Your work will directly influence our hiring strategy technology branding and engagement efforts.

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with technology hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact development roles.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing networking and agency partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative sourcing tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness.

What were looking for

  • 5 yearsof experience in a fast-paced dynamic recruiting environment.
  • Proven success recruitingtechnical and/or quantitative candidates especially in front office or high-performance tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of the software development landscape and technical hiring best practices.
  • Experience working in highly selective hiring environments.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multitask and work independently.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing interviewing and candidate relationship management.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
