Senior Test Analyst
- Full time fixed term role until 30th September 2026
- Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working (3 day per week office attendance)
- Offering a competitive starting base salary of $126480 plus super and benefits

About the role
As the Senior Test Analyst youll deliver quality assurance and testing for business and IT-driven projects ensuring the highest standards for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Claims and Payments based applications.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to develop and execute test plans implement scalable automated testing frameworks and drive continuous improvement in testing this role youll play a key role in uplifting the quality assurance regime conducting assessments and ensuring compliance with organisational standards.

IT Shared Solutions (ITSS) is a collaborative branch that powers IT services for both the TAC and WorkSafe Victoria two Victorian state government organisations dedicated to improving the lives of community members. What were looking for
Proven Testing Expertise
Extensive experience in manual and automated testing within agile sprints with proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence ALM and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and defect lifecycle management.
Agile Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to work in an agile squad collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to develop test scenarios and deliver strategically aligned technology solutions.
Analytical & Communication Skills
High proficiency in analytical thinking problem solving and interpersonal communication with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements and translate test results for diverse audiences.
