Health Facility Compliance Manager
A Health Facility Compliance Manager is needed in Hollywood FL.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Hollywood home to more than 60 parks seven golf courses seven miles of pristine beaches and the one-of-a-kind Hollywood Beach Boardwalk a promenade that stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean.
This role oversees facility operations construction and compliance across all healthcare and related facilities and centers.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is $100000 to $135000

Responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am 5pm)
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance for all facilities and properties
- Manage construction improvements maintenance and renovations of healthcare facilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure environmental compliance throughout project phases
- Act as liaison between Executive Department external agencies and local/state/federal governments
- Develop and implement facility-related compliance programs and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in design construction and project management
- At least 5 years of experience in medical facilities management
- Facility Manager Certification (CFM) preferred
- Valid Florida Drivers License for weekly travel to multiple locations (vehicle provided).
