Analytica is seeking an energetic and dynamic TechnicalProposal Writer to directly support growth efforts across the company. As a Technical Proposal Writer you will organize and prepare information and data in support of a variety of publications for a Federal Government audience. Technical/proposal writing requires an understanding of information technology (IT) and management consulting services. Tasks include creation of Federal Government proposal responses past performance and resume write-ups white papers and responses to Requests for Information and marketing will be a hybrid role (planned for 1x a week in-office).

Responsibilities:
Determines content by studying requests for proposal (RFPs RFIs etc.); attending strategy meetings; speaking with subject matter experts.
Supports the Proposal Manager and the proposal process. Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates; coordinating requirements with contributors; and reporting proposal status.
Proactively gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information and interviewing subject matter experts.
Develops proposal content by assembling information and creating solutions/outcomes/benefits outlines.
Contributes to proposal graphics development.
Writes revises and edits drafts including executive summaries and technical management corporate capability statements past performance resume and pricing sections as assigned.
Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability consistency and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.
Supports marketing efforts by developing and writing market collateral materialsincluding blogs and white papers as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant Bachelors degree required; Masters a plus
Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
Minimum of one (1) years of technical writing experience
Experience managing MS SharePoint Online including document versioning and document management
Experience with Applications MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) including Office 365
Strong understanding of Government Proposals (i.e. RFPs RFQs RFIs etc.) and the Proposal Response process. Familiarity with the Shipley Method or APMP membership a plus
Understanding of Information Technology (IT) concepts management processes and Federal Government IT service delivery best practices.
