Ortigas Pasig City Morning Shift (8:30AM5:30PM) Hybrid Set-up (3 days WFH 2 days onsite)
As a Team Lead you will not only provide high-level executive support to partners and directors across AU-based offices but also supervise coach and mentor a team of Executive Assistants to ensure excellent service delivery and performance. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence developing talent and building strong internal relationships.
The BSC Team provides essential administrative support to the firms AU region operations. As Team Lead you will work cross-functionally across various lines of services ensuring smooth coordination and top-tier support for executives and internal teams.

Leadership & Team Oversight:
Lead a team of Executive Assistants supporting multiple stakeholders across AU
Monitor team performance provide feedback and support development initiatives
Manage workload distribution task delegation and quality assurance
Act as a point of escalation for complex administrative concerns
Executive Support Functions:
Calendar and meeting management for C-suite and Director-level leaders
Travel and itinerary planning including accommodation and transportation
Processing and reconciliation of expense reports and credit card statements
Timesheet billing invoicing and PO preparation
Document preparation formatting research and file management
Event logistics support venue booking invites and RSVP tracking
Maintain internal records client data (Salesforce) and supply management
Ensure timely delivery of outputs while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
Bachelors degree in Office Administration Business Tourism or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead capacity
Proven ability to support senior-level executives with excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal coaching and communication skills
Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat
Prior experience in a professional services or corporate setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive solutions-oriented and committed to high standards of service
Can lead with empathy while ensuring accountability and delivery
