- Producing clients Performance Attribution reports that will be delivered to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis. Reports include ex-post Risk Statistics and Contribution Analysis
- Manage client relationships by taking an active part in understanding their performance reporting requirements. Understanding the clients investment objectives and investment strategy.
- Supporting Senior Consultants with the client relationship and client reporting needs.
- Responding to client queries for ad-hoc performance analysis and provide clients training for online applications.
- Work closely with the relationship management team and wider NT partners on all mutual clients
- Participate in continued product development of performance measurement capabilities and subsequent implementation into ongoing client deliverables
- Sustain high level of knowledge in Northern Trust systems investment instruments / markets and market trends in performance measurement and risk
- Works with the Manila Team to ensure operational processes and efficiencies are maximized
- In time evolve the individual so they can expand their duties in other disciplines e.g. Post Trade Compliance Monitoring and Ex-Ante Risk
- The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn about Performance Attribution and Risk (previous knowledge would be a bonus)
- Knowledge of financial markets investment instruments and portfolio management
- Excellent attention to detail whilst staying calm under pressure
- Ability to think critically and analyse problems independently
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Maths/Economics/Finance or any other numerate background at university
