About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a company pioneering an industry transformation by revolutionising the shrimp sector through an advanced management system.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management and daily operations of aquaculture ponds.
- Serve as a key problem solver within the scope of responsibility integrating leadership scientific knowledge practical experience and new inputs to address operational challenges.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic and operational plans for pond activities.
- Supervise pond operations to ensure alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate planning related to pond resource and supply requirements.
- Prepare and deliver both technical and non-technical reports to relevant teams.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Fisheries or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in aquaculture or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of shrimp cultivation practices.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate team activities effectively.
- Willingness to be assigned to Banyuwangi.
