Director, Bancassurance Partnership Management

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives with a focus on customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the Bancassurance business.

• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

• Manage the marketing budget and expenditure effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.

• Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure the successful launch of marketing initiatives and events.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and adhere to company guidelines.

• Planning and execution of customer promotions sales incentive programs major events and projects to drive Bancassurance business

• Effective communications with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure success roll out of sales and marketing initiatives

• Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals

• Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree preferably in a business-related field.

• 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management with a preference for experience in the insurance banking or financial services sectors.

• Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing activities with specific experience in Bancassurance considered a significant advantage.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced business and market environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong skills in MS Office with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
