Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives with a focus on customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the Bancassurance business.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Manage the marketing budget and expenditure effectively ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure the successful launch of marketing initiatives and events.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and adhere to company guidelines.
Planning and execution of customer promotions sales incentive programs major events and projects to drive Bancassurance business
Effective communications with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure success roll out of sales and marketing initiatives
Develop sales tools and marketing collaterals
Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in a business-related field.
8-10 years of professional experience in marketing and/or event management with a preference for experience in the insurance banking or financial services sectors.
Strong expertise in planning and executing marketing activities with specific experience in Bancassurance considered a significant advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced business and market environment.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Strong skills in MS Office with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
