Quality Assurance Officer
Responsibilities:
To monitor the quality of our service by contacting customer andthrough phone and email
To identify areas of improvement and suggest recommendations to managerial level aiming to deliver the best service to customers
To prepare quality reports
To constantly evaluate the benchmark for the quality assessment with the team
To develop a comprehensive quality assurance frameworkthat meets clients expectations and needs
To support the team andperform ad-hoc duties when required by management
Requirements
F.5 / F.6or above
3years of customer service experience in Contact Center will be an advantage
Candidate presentself-motivated and and good interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and result-oriented
Proficiency in English Mandarin & Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese inputs
