Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and setup of low voltage systems.
- Follow wiring diagrams and technical instructions to complete installations and repairs.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with Project Manager Project Supervisors and Project Coordinators.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in low voltage systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of low voltage systems and wiring techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds tools and work in various physical environments
- Previous experience in a construction related field or with low voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
