The MRO Program Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of the Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) program across the full procure-to-issue lifecycle. This includes procurement PO lifecycle control goods receipt inventory management and demand validation. The role ensures all MRO processes are compliant efficient risk-mitigated and aligned with site and global operational needs. The Senior Manager will lead a team that manages the day-to-day execution of MRO activities while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and Global teams to enhance process governance and system performance.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the compliance of Global MRO policies strategy at Kankakee ensuring alignment with business priorities budget compliance and operational efficiency.
Manage the team including the MRO partner responsible for the day-to-day activities and end-to-end MRO process including sourcing strategy requisition review PO creation approval routing goods receipt inventory storage inventory management and final issuance to end users.
Drive process improvement initiatives including automation policy refinement and system configuration to improve PO accuracy approval workflows and demand validation..
Serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to MRO POs approval rules SAP configurations and third-party partners
Collaborate with Global teams to drive continuous improvements.
Own governance over high-risk MRO process ensuring demand validation budget alignment and accurate reporting
Develop and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness cost savings and risk mitigation
Create and maintain program documentation including escalation records (e.g. A3s) SOPs and audit materials.
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance Engineering Global Procurement and Site Operations) to align on demand planning and purchasing controls.
Support compliance with corporate procurement policies and audit readiness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Engineering Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred.
Minimum of 8 years experience in supply chain procurement or operations with at least 3 years managing MRO or indirect materials programs
Deep understanding of the MRO lifecycle including requisition PO management inventory control and material issuance.
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module) or similar ERP systems including workflow configuration reporting and exception handling.
Experience implementing process controls and system rule changes in coordination with IT and business stakeholders.
Excellent project management problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving process efficiencies and cost savings.
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $132000 - $166000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications skill level experience competencies and other relevant addition to base salary total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
