Job Description
General Description:Manage and oversee the maintenance of athletic and sports equipment for interscholastic athletic sports programs
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work before and after the school day and some weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of athletic mechanical electronic equipment and supplies
- Knowledge of service ordering and inventory control
- Records maintenance skills
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with coaches and staff both in person and electronically
Responsibilities include:
- Schedule equipment room hours of operation to accommodate practices and games of athletic teams
- Determine needs and generate lists to acquire athletic and sports equipment
- Establish maintain reconcile uniform and equipment inventory
- Maintain supply records of all equipment rooms
- Perform periodic inventory of stock and bill for lost inventory
- Oversee uniform equipment distribution and retrieval at the conclusion of each season
- Ensure that all uniforms related apparel and equipment are maintained in a clean and serviceable condition
- Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
Terms of Employment:
- Part Time
- School Year Schedule (August June)
- Up to 19 hours per week
